We rebate cash to buyers of .5% or for example, $1,000 on a $200,000 home purchase. We feel sharing our commission is better than high over head or high franchise fees. Frankly, if you are going to get the same house, why wouldn't you want the rebate?
We offer negotiable listing services and plans. We can do very basic plans for people who want access to the multiple listing service to full service plans. We even offer a "diamond" plan for unique, rural, victorian, farm or business properties. For these we have a marketing partnership/alliance that will provide you with marketing services not afforded to you by the largest of companies.
